From farm to the Roast

Kenya coffee Farmers

Small-scale farmers grow coffee on farms. The coffee is harvested as cherries then processed.

Processing

Cherries are pulped to remove the outer fruit layer, fermented, washed, then dried to produce parchment coffee.

Certification

Quality control measures are taken at both wet & dry milling stages to ensure the beans meet specific standards.

Packing & Exporting

Green coffee beans are carefully bagged and stored in climate-controlled warehouses to preserve their quality & freshness.
